Terms of service

1. Agreeing to these terms

By buying a Forge membership, downloading Forge or using it, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you don't agree, don't use Forge.

2. Your membership

• Memberships are sold through Whop. Whop handles payment, billing and renewals, and its own terms apply to your purchase.
• Your membership is linked to your Discord account through a role in our Discord server. Forge checks that role when you sign in.
• Each membership can be used on 1 PC at a time. You can move it to another PC by signing out on the old one.
• Your membership is personal. Don't share, resell, rent or transfer your access or your Discord account.

3. Billing and cancelling

Paid memberships renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your Whop account, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Refund requests are handled case by case. Contact us before opening a dispute and we'll try to sort it out.

We may change prices in the future. If we do, we'll give notice before the change applies to your membership.

4. Beta software

Forge is in beta. Features may change, be added or be removed, and you may run into bugs. Please report problems in our Discord so we can fix them.

5. Using Forge responsibly

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer or try to get around Forge's sign-in, device limit or other protections.
• Redistribute the Forge installer or app, or use it to build a competing product.
• Use Forge for anything illegal, or to access email accounts or data you don't have permission to use.
• Interfere with or overload our servers.

You're responsible for how you use Forge, including following the terms of the email providers, stores and other services you use with it.

6. Your data

Your orders, profiles, email logins and cards are stored on your own PC, and you're responsible for keeping that PC secure and backed up. See the privacy policy for what our sign-in server uses.

7. Other services

Forge works with services we don't control, such as Whop, Discord, email providers and online stores. We're not responsible for those services, and changes on their side may affect how Forge works. Forge isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any retailer mentioned on this site or in the app. Store names and logos belong to their owners.

8. Ownership

Forge, including the app, its design, the Forge name and logo, and this website, belongs to us. Your membership gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the app. It doesn't give you ownership of it.

9. Ending access

You can stop using Forge at any time. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms, for example by sharing or reselling access, or abusing our servers. If your membership ends, Forge stops letting you in, but your data stays on your PC.

10. No warranty

Forge is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't promise that Forge will always be available, error-free, or that its numbers (spend, hit rate and so on) will always be complete or accurate. Check anything important against your original records.

11. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, or problems caused by other services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Forge in the 3 months before the claim.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Forge changes. We'll update the date at the top of this page, and for important changes we'll also post a notice in our Discord. Continuing to use Forge after a change means you accept the updated terms.
